This allows our customers to have the benefits of a dedicated information technology staff at a price, and plan, that is more affordable and convenient. What makes us different? We offer a subscription support service that allows you to have an IT support team when you need it, while keeping the on demand prices low. Unlike services provided by box stores, we are familiar with the unique needs of small businesses. We work primarily remotely, giving you the peace of mind that we are available to assist any time you may need without having to wait for someone to arrive onsite. If you do need us onsite, we may be able to assist as well. (Our tech is in Bastrop County, Texas.) We offer several options to make sure the solution works best for you.
How it works
- Pick how many hours you think you will need per month (1 minimum), and do you want to have roll-over option allowing you “bank” hours for larger projects (up to 6 months.)
- Choose the level of service availability, business hours/or 24/7 coverage
- Decide if you want enhanced features, like managed antivirus/updates.
Once you have selected a solution that works for you we will discuss and document the unique design of your environment, review the subscription details and if everyone agrees, sign the annual contract .
